Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that plans change, We kindly request 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment, so we can offer that time slot to another client, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgment of this policy.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings over $100. This is payable at time of booking.
We ask that you arrive 10 min prior to your appointment to fill out the required consultation forms. You can relax with a tea or coffee and unwind while you wait.Please Note: If you do arrive late for your appointment we may need to reduce your treatment time as we have other clients to consider.

These vouchers are to be used 1 per person per treatment and are not redeemable on any product purchase or in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or in store promotion.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend advance reservations to secure your preferred date and time. You will receive a confirmation (via SMS) 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure you can confirm or cancel your appointments with ease. Credit card details are required at the time of reservation to secure your treatment selection.
We do not provide refunds on retail products or gift vouchers. Products can be exchanged when a reaction has occurred for a replacement product or salon credit when accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Faceque Beauty must be notified within 7 days from treatment with dissatisfaction. Reaction to treatment requires in-store consultation.
